Best price policy
Air Conditioning offers a best price guarantee for all of its products. So, if you find one of our products elsewhere at a better price, we will be happy to honor this policy under the following conditions:
- Prices in Canadian dollars
- Identical product (same brand, model, year of manufacture)
- Provide proof of price and product (photo, web link, etc.)
- Date of discount
- Merchant name and address
This policy will be applied to any proof provided on the day of the purchase of a device at Clim discount and within 15 days following the purchase. No price will be adjusted beyond 15 days after the date of purchase.
Purchase and delivery policy
Note that our devices are not sold with any installation accessories. For wall brackets, pipes or any other accessory, please refer to the “Accessories” tab and add them to your order if desired.
All orders placed on the Clim à rabais website must be made by credit card (Master Card or Visa) or by Interac transfer.
The delivery method must be chosen according to your sector (see “Delivery” tab). You will be able to choose the “Pickup” method, which will exempt you from delivery costs. If you want delivery outside of Greater Montreal, you must contact us at 450-694-3000 before placing your order on our site. Delivery will usually be made the week following the purchase or according to your availability. No delivery will be made outside of Quebec.
Upon delivery, an inspection of the items will be made by the customer and the delivery person. A customer signature will then be required to confirm delivery of the items in good and due form. From the moment that the customer affixes his signature on the delivery note, Clim à Reduction cannot be held responsible for any aesthetic damage, model errors and any other breakage of goods that may have been caused during transport. We will only supply replacement parts if the customer refuses delivery by not signing the delivery note.
Return policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. However, if the product you have purchased is not suitable or does not meet your expectations, it is possible to make an exchange or obtain a refund. Handling, delivery and transaction fees may apply.
Terms and conditions:
Any request for exchange or refund of merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase. You must submit a request to Clim à rebate at the following number to obtain an authorization: 450-694-3000. A copy of the receipt must be presented and the item must be in its original packaging. The refund will be made according to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
However, discount air conditioning stands aside from any error made during the purchase and installation of our appliances. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the compatibility of the device as well as to see that the installation is done properly and according to the standards of the building code.
NO INSTALLED ITEMS WILL BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED
Guarantees:
Warranties on our products start at the time of receipt of the item by the customer. All warranties offered on our products come from the manufacturers. In order to honor them, it is important that the systems are installed by a certified refrigeration specialist. You may be asked for proof when making a claim. For more information on warranties, please refer to the websites of our partners or to the warranty documents of the various manufacturers.
Defective item:
In the event of a defect on one of our products, the manufacturer’s warranty and return method will apply. Any defects must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery of the item.

Delivery charges are non-refundable, unless there is a delivery error on our part or a defective item to be returned which has been notified to us within 30 days of delivery.
